I want to inspire people!

I want to help people move forward positively with their lives. Having a role model - not just someone you want to be like, but more someone that is taking the steps that would also help you in your life can really help. I want to be a part of this, so I decided that my first steps in becoming a great role model would be ...

Lead a healthier lifestyle!
There's lot's I need to change to become healthier but this week's challenge for me is going to be an improved diet.
I'm not going to get silly and obsessed about my `calorie intake` and things like that, but I'm going to be posting my daily food on here which should hopefully encourage me to be good!
